Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise specified, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturing companies. For warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during cargo delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are outside the scope of the warranty.

If a product purchased from our website is found to be faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date.

Following this information, the faulty product that you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one after the necessary inspection.

If the fault of the ordered product is user-induced or if the product has lost its resellability due to hygiene and health reasons, a return or exchange cannot be made.

Product return and exchange conditions are subject to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and relevant legislation.
